DigiPsych is a next-gen online psychology platform redefining mental health care for the digital age. With a warm, human-first approach and cutting-edge AI support, DigiPsych makes expert care more accessible, personalised, and consistent. No matter where you are.
Objectives
- Primary Goal: Launch a full-stack brand and website for DigiPsych, supported by a conversational AI assistant to help users navigate care, explore resources, and engage with the platform.
- Secondary Goal: Build a credible, tech-forward yet human brand that evokes trust, warmth, and modernity for both professionals and users.
Approach
Brand Strategy:
Crafted a brand that balances approachability with professionalism. DigiPsych needed to feel welcoming for individuals in distress, while also appealing to psychologists and healthcare professionals.
Visual Identity:
– Created a logomark symbolising clarity and connection
– Designed a custom wordmark in a minimalist, modern font
– Developed a full colour palette reflecting calm, warmth, and trust
– Delivered profile image templates, brand shapes, and iconography for use across digital channels
AI Integration:
– Designed and developed a custom AI assistant using the OpenAI Assistants API
– Built both the frontend (chat UI) and backend logic for routing, API calls, and assistant memory
– Styled the chat widget to match DigiPsych’s brand with custom CSS, avatars, loading states, and presets
– Assistant supports navigation, mental health FAQs, and therapeutic conversations in a human-like, private format
Website Design & Development:
– Wireframed and designed the full site on Figma: Home, Doctors, About, Resources, FAQ, Chat
– Built and deployed the full experience in Webflow, using CMS for resources and practitioner profiles
– Ensured all pages were mobile-optimised, fast, and scalable for future service expansion
Execution
Brand Kit:
Delivered a cohesive visual identity pack, including:
– Logos, logomarks, and responsive wordmarks
– Colour palette + typographic hierarchy
– Social banners, profile images, and reusable brand shapes
– Icons for navigation, chat, and resource categories
AI Assistant Development:
– Built using OpenAI’s Assistants API with memory and retrieval features
– Custom-coded UI for embedded chat widget using React, styled with DigiPsych branding
– API backend deployed on Vercel, with full support for session resets, system prompts, and error handling
– The assistant supports user questions, resource lookups, basic mental health prompts, and FAQs
Webflow Site Build:
– Designed for conversion and clarity: clear CTAs, intuitive flows, and user trust indicators
– Integrated testimonials, service categories, CMS-managed blog/resources, and SEO-friendly structure
– Embedded the AI assistant directly into the Chat page
– Legal pages and contact routes added for full compliance and usability
